Welcome to Dezayna, a small business specializing in handmade jewelry. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

 

1. Unique Handmade Products

All earrings and other jewelry sold by us are handmade and unique. This means that slight variations in design, finish, or color may occur. No two pieces are exactly the same, giving each piece its own distinct charm.

 

2. Variations from Photos

We strive to display accurate and clear photos of our products. However, due to the handmade nature of our items, minor variations in color, shape, or texture may occur. The products you receive may therefore slightly differ from the images shown on our website or social media. This highlights the uniqueness and handcrafted quality of each item.

 

3. Orders and Payments

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. All payments must be made in advance using the available payment methods. (read more in here)

 

4. Adjustments and Repairs

Minor adjustments, such as resizing, can be made before purchase without additional cost. If more significant changes are requested, additional fees may apply.

We offer a repair service within Belgium. Fees and processing times for repairs depend on the nature of the repair. 

 

5. Returns and Cancellations

Standard items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are undamaged and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns that are insufficiently postage paid or not reported in advance will not be refunded. (read more on dedicade page).

 

6. Force Majeure

Dezayna is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as transport issues, material shortages, strikes, or other unforeseen events affecting us or our suppliers.

 

7. Privacy policy

By placing an order on Dezayna, you, as the buyer, explicitly consent to the processing and use of your personal data for purposes such as customer database management, order processing, deliveries & invoices, solvency tracking, marketing, and advertising. This data is treated confidentially and is used solely for the aforementioned purposes.

You have the right to request access to the data stored by Dezayna. If any of your data is incorrect, you can have it corrected or deleted. You can easily do this by sending a message to info@dezayna.be.
