Custom Order

At Dezayna, we take pride in crafting unique, custom-made jewelry tailored to your preferences. Please review the following policy regarding custom orders before making a purchase.

1. Custom Design Process

Custom jewelry orders are created based on your specific requests, including design, materials, and size. Once we discuss and finalize the design, you will receive a detailed proposal for approval.

Any design modifications requested after the initial design confirmation may incur additional costs and extend the production time.

 

2. Processing Time

The time required to create custom pieces will vary depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of materials. The estimated production time will be communicated to you before confirming the order.

Generally, custom orders take between 1 to 3 weeks to complete, but this may vary (depending on avaible materials).

 

3. Payments and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of €15 is required upfront to confirm your custom order. This deposit covers the cost of materials and initial design work.

Full payment must be completed before the item is shipped or picked up.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

Once your custom piece is completed, it will be shipped using the method you choose. Standard and express shipping options are available, with the applicable costs communicated during the order process.

You will receive a tracking number once your item is shipped.

 

5. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of custom-made jewelry, all custom orders are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We highly recommend reviewing the design details and specifications carefully before confirming your order.

 

7. Cancellations

Cancellations for custom jewelry are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, your deposit is non-refundable, and we may proceed with production based on your design approval.

 

8. Customer Communication

We will keep you informed throughout the creation process, providing updates on design progress and completion timelines.
